Lopez-Ibanez


Zac Lopez-Ibanez is a designer, builder, and entrepreneur. His designs and creative endevours span a variety of media including furniture, graphic and video design as well residential architecture. He received his bachelor of arts in New Media from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. His concentration in interactive media and video art have been underpinned by his previous studies at the Savannah College of Art and Design where he pursued a bachelor of arts in product design.

His work has appeared in national publications including Dwell Design, The L.A. Times, and Carolina Home + Garden. He has delivered lectures at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) as well as Appalachian State University in Design and Industrial Design practices, and was awarded the best in show at Dwell on Design.

Zac currently works as a product designer for the creative design firm Anthroware in Asheville, NC. There, he specializes in brand development, UX/UI design, and business strategy in an effort to help other creative entrepreneurs succeed. He's currently living in Asheville, North Carolina with his wife, two children, a curious bunny, and their sweet dog Boo.
